Jim Rodger shared his strategy: “As we move into a new era at Teckentrup, Stephen’s appointment is part of a larger reorganisation of the Teckentrup team. We’re all about being trusted partners to our customers. To continue to develop and strengthen this approach, we’ve positioned each team member in a way that plays to their strengths and, in doing so, brings the most value to our customers.”
Stephen will elevate Teckentrup’s already strong reputation as a “tightly-run ship”, focussing on production, operations and the running of the company, releasing Jim Rodger to spend more time closer to the front of the business. Jim will drive the development of ever-stronger customer relationships, a key factor in Teckentrup’s achievements to date and considered crucial for success in the novel and challenging market conditions set to prevail in the years ahead.
Stephen Hilton, Teckentrup’s new Managing Director, commented: “In times full of uncertainty, we want customers to know they can be confident in Teckentrup’s ability to provide innovative and performance-certified products paired with customer-led service delivery. The new structure builds a platform for growth and makes a clear statement of our intent to be a safe and trusted world-class partner.”
